MEETING MINUTES:

  1. Lisa motion to approve March-16th-meeting minutes, Karl R seconded, motion approved.
  2. Lisa introduce a motion to shelve issue of Watkins keeping role until first meeting in May, Will M seconded, motion approved.
  3. Discussion: recommitting to the boards duties and roles and adhering to the code of ethics.
  4. NCGA recommendations to the board.
    1. Volunteer. Define the needs. Organize the members. Orchestrate the efforts.
    2. Member Recruitment. Establish methods and techniques for strengthening and growth of the ownership base.
    3. Database. Keep up to date. Instruct BOD on technical upkeep and access to membership database.
    4. Ownership knowledge. Inform the membership of the switch to equity ownership.
