The meeting began at 6:50 pm.
- Approval of minutes
The minutes of the 9/23/2015 board meeting were approved (R1, 6/0/0 for/against/abstention).
- President Sean Nestor’s address
President Sean Nestor thanked the current board for co-operation and support.
- Time of the first meeting of the newly elected board
The time and location of the first meeting of the upcoming meeting of the newly elected board was set at November 11, 5:30pm [later informally changed to 6:30pm] in the Jamie-Black room of the main branch of Toledo-Lucas County Public Library, 325 Michigan St., Toledo, OH 43604 (R2, 6/0/0).
