  1. Action List
    1. GM Sean deems it better to open at 10, and will revert on Sept 1. The board requests a budget showing how it will be paid for.
    2. Leah talked with Mark Mockensturm about handling the Jackson loan.
    3. Anita reserved the Pilgrim Church for October 15th from 17:30: set up by 18, the time for which members are invited.
  2. New lease was offered by Royce Haddad. It was much like the current one. Tom did not talk about our buying it.
  3. Motion that Phoenix be a client for Iryna Pentina s marketing class, subject to an e-mail vote if there is expense, unanimously passed.
  4. Leah spoke to Mr. Mockensturm and he provided her with information on the correct way to account for the Jackson loan.
  5. Because they are effective, the tastings are not really being given up in spite of the cost, among others the burden on Jackie, and the regular eaters. They are only being held less often.
  6. An NCG(A) dividend showed up in the statements, increasing Phoenix s seeming income.
  7. Wild Food is really taking off, with much such produce now offered. Delivery is less successful.
  8. Pleasure at the pot-luck meeting on Sunday at Hermann s house; less at the vegan meetup on Thursday at Phoenix at 6 pm.
  9. As for the yearly meeting, Sándor requests that all reference to resumé and bio be removed from director forms proffered at the counter.

    1. Getting answer about income due to debt-cancellation from Mockensturm.
    2. Budget from Sean.
