1. Approval of minutes
   The minutes of the 12/5/18 board meeting were approved as corrected. MSC

2. Review of past action items

   3/28/18 Sean— identify requirements for financial review per NCG — ONGOING

   5/23/18 Mary and Anita — clarify GM position, including an employee evaluation tool and schedule. ONGOING

   • 8/22/18 Adrienne — Set up contest for New T-Shirt design — DONE
   • 8/22/18 Hermann — contact Canal Junction — ON GOING
   • 9/26/18 Sean & Leah — get estimates for repairs to roof, basement and parking lot —ONGOING
   • 11/7/18 Anita — ask Mary to complete her Coop "to do" list — DONE

3. General Manager's report — Reviewed/report as circulated.
4. Financial report— Tom& Leah
   Reviewed Jan 2019. Percent change sales are 13% above 2018. Improving trend.
5. Outreach committee report— Adriennere ported. T-Shirt contest in progress — design circulated to Board. Seed Swap was well received. Vegan Meet up— Grumpy's was successful. Veg Bash coming up. Farmers Market taken over by Committee. Kahle wants to visit coop by their bus one night in 2019. Claudia has dates for April. Claudia suggests rides for coop members to get people to the Coop Ride-Share program which builds community. Outreach following up.
   Party for the Planet April 27 at Zoo. Potluck in Spring around Memorial Day, Festivals coming up this summer.
