Location: Main Branch of Toledo-Lucas County Public Library, Toledo, OH;

Present: Claudia Cooper, Thomas Fine, Hermann von Grafenstein, Anita Levin, Maureen Ciesinski, Sean Fitzgerald (General Manager), Leah Foley (Staff), Alyx Kendzierski, Adrienne Armstrong, Sándor Halász

The meeting began at 6:43 pm.

  1. Approval of minutes

    The minutes of 12/19/19 were approved as circulated. Motion to approve.R1 MSC

  2. General Manager's report

    Report for this meeting reviewed as circulated.

  3. Finance Report

    Tom Fine presented the financial review for December 2019 and year-end numbers. Recent encouraging trends appear to continue. We need to be cautiously optimistic since we have old equipment, a decrepit building, and pay our staff poorly. Jackson Loan settlement will create income on paper and a tax consequence. Looking for tax preparer and possible audit style review.

    Secretary: Anita
    Treasurer: Tom

    R2 MSC unanimously.

  5. Ride-Share Program -

    Claudia—No progress because interest can't be ascertained. Suggested to post on FaceBook

    Website improvement discussed. To be addressed at future meeting after discussions with Stuart Bertsch
